NMS2 is a free software which use the messenger service of windows to send messages to computers connected to a network. You specify the sender, the addressee and the message, and NSM send it for you.
The tab management allow you to manage several messages simultaneously without any problems.
Each tab correspond either to a certain mode, among:
Send a simple message.
Send a multiline message (line per line).
Send a multiline message (in one message).
either to a settings or tool tab, quickly accesible.
You can create groups of users. Then, you just have to type the name of the group and NSM manage to send the message to all the group users. Using groups is also very useful with the use of batches.
For some users, a discret software is essential. NSM include a set of options, allowing it to be totally hidden in a single click. You can even set a key to its re-displaying, to prevent curious from finding it.
A set of standard icons is also included, but you can import yours, to give free will to your imagination.
If for some reason someone send you a lot of messages, NSM included an "auto-clicker", which clicks and retrieves (or not) all the received message, if you want to read them.
NSM is a multi-language software: you can at once (and whenever) change the current language, through the language menu.
You can also quickly create or edit your language, using the included language editor.
The message sending procedure is dynamic: you can pause it, modify it or cancel it. While it works, you can continue to use NSM, and so you can add messages to the bottom of the list, or reduce the software to the tray, or to do something else (during a long sending, for example).
The other great thing of NSM is its Batch Creator. You can create batches, and then execute them whenever you want, just by clicking on the batch file. You can also include missing parameters in your batch, so as they will be asked during the batch execution. You can also import or export batches in the main window of NSM.
These are roughly the main features of NSM. To get a better idea of this software, the best thing to do would be to download it and to test it by yourself.
